At JSD, CSR programs seek to create sustainable well-being. The guiding principle is “Impact through Team work & empowerment”, where every single employeeis encouraged to contribute/show their care for the society and community by dedicating at least three days in a month by focusing or working keenly with NGOs or in the areas like education & skill development, health &wellness, Environmental, energy & water conservation etc. Theimpacts are delivered through a long term sustained effort and are monitored by senior management team.
Leading the team and showing the way Mrs Bhavana Director HR &operations has already joined hands with a group called SAMPARK where in they doFOOD SEVA every Saturday between 8.00p.m night to 3.00a.m early morning where in all the group members visit government hospitals and distribute food to all the attendees of poor and needy patient.
